Lourens refer to himself as an extra-sensory therapist. He holds a BA degree in social sciences. He founded and directed two companies. one being in industrial chemical waste management and the other in industrial coating applications.

Seeking ways to manage stress, he stumbled upon a completely new reality when he realised that he was born with yogic abilities. Answering the call of the Himalayas, he wandered deep in that sacred space where he encountered beings who shared and blessed freely.
