Dr. Kunwar Singh is a medical doctor and practicing ophthalmologist whose life bridges the precision of science and the depth of inner inquiry. Trained in modern medicine, his professional work is rooted in clarity, discipline, and service.
His spiritual journey began unexpectedly through an accidental Kundalini awakening, an event that profoundly altered the course of his life and compelled him onto a serious spiritual path. In the early years, he explored various spiritual books and techniques, seeking understanding and balance. Through lived experience, he came to recognize that surrender—not effort or accumulation—was the true alchemy of transformation.
This understanding eventually led him to his guru, Gautam Sachdeva, whose Advaitic wisdom brought deep clarity, stability, and grounding to the Kundalini process. Under this guidance, spirituality ceased to be an abstract pursuit and became integrated into the fabric of daily life, work, and relationships.
Dr. Singh has been writing since his college days, using words as a way to reflect, inquire, and articulate inner experiences. Beyond writing, he finds joy in cooking, spending time in nature, and embracing solitude.
He prefers a quiet life, spending much of his time alone in nature, and shares his insights only in the spirit of usefulness and sincerity, without claim or authority.
He is happy to share his reflections if they serve others in any way.
