Samantha Snowden, MA

Samantha Snowden is a mindfulness teacher, meditation guide, and content developer with a strong background in psychology, neuroscience, and social-emotional learning. She has led groups exploring psychological principles, storytelling, books, films, and art, and has long been drawn to working with youth and adolescents.

She studied at UCLA, where she discovered mindfulness, an experience that helped shape her path toward emotional healing and purpose. She later continued her studies at Columbia University and became part of UCLA MARC’s first cohort of Mindfulness Facilitator Trainees, which launched her career in mindfulness education.

She worked as a tutor and mentor in schools and community centers in the U.S. and abroad, and has designed mindfulness workshops, courses, and curricula for children, families, adults, and schools.

Today, Samantha Snowden works with Headspace, where she develops content that teaches meditation. Her work reflects a lifelong commitment to learning, creativity, healing and helping others cultivate emotional well-being.
